We usually take a regular backup of almost all the data present on the hard drive, when we feel that there is an immediate requirement for a backup. But most of us forget to take backup of one of the main application that we make use of so much in our daily lives; the Outlook. Most Outlook users either forget to take a backup of their Outlook data, or they just do not know how to go about it.

Whatever the reason, there is bound to be loss of critical data like confidential emails, important contacts, and many other such important data, when there is a data loss scenario. There do exist many data recovery software in the internet, but prevention is always better than cure. Most of the data in your Outlook is stored in a Personal Storage Folder better known as the PST file. But just taking a copy of the PST file does not solve the problem. There is a need to save other Outlook data like Dictionaries, Stationeries, Signatures etc, to make the Outlook backup complete.
